【摘要】 目的:调查重症监护室(ICU)医护人员掌握消毒规范知识的现状急救仪器及对其行为依从性的影响,为相关部门提高医护人员掌握急救仪器消毒规范知识制定方案和措施提供决策依据。方法:自行编制ICU医护人员规范消毒急救仪器依从性调查问卷,对新疆地区4家三甲医院200名ICU医护人员进行问卷调查,了解调查对象掌握ICU常用11种急救仪器的消毒规范知识及其规范消毒依从性的现状。结果:11种仪器中喉镜、简易呼吸器、吸引器的消毒知识掌握与规范消毒行为依从性的差异没有显著统计学意义(P>0.05),其余8种仪器的知识掌握程度与规范消毒依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且两者存在正相关关系。结论:ICU医护人员对急救仪器消毒规范知识掌握程度影响其消毒行为依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the compliance and influence factors of the standard disinfection of first aid equipments among ICU medical personnel and to provide references for related departments in hospital to formulate preventing plans and measures.Methods: A self-designed questionnaire of the standard disinfection compliance for first aid equipments was conducted among 200 ICU medical workers in 4 "triple A pilot hospital"in Xinjiang.The compliance of the standard disinfection for eleven kinds of first aid equipments in ICU was surveyed.Results: 11 kinds of instruments laryngoscope,simple respirator,attract implement of mastery of the knowledge and the standard disinfection disinfection behavior of compliance difference was not significant statistically significant(P > 0.05),and the rest of the instrument 8 kinds of knowledge of and the standard disinfection compliance is statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),and there is a positive relationship between related.Conclusion: the ICU medical personnel to emergency instrument disinfection regulate the knowledge of influence its disinfection behavior compliance.更多还原
