【摘要】 文章就"十一五"期间河北省农林科学院组建科技创新团队工作进行了回顾,阐述了取得的成效,如引领科技人员开展实质性合作、重复研究和小而散的现象减少、知名专家在同领域地位上升、科研平台体系进一步完善和学术报告走向制度化等,并分析了存在的主要问题,提出了加快人才培养、增强团队自身建设和增加运行管理专项经费投入等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction of innovation team of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences during the Eleventh Five-Years was reviewed in this paper. Results and achievements were elaborated, such as every innovation team was guided to carry out substantive cooperation, repeated and small and scattered studies were reduced, well-known experts became more famous in their field, system of scientific research platforms were improved, and doing professional reports became institution. Problems existed were analyzed and suggestions were put forward, i.e., speeding up the cultivation of talents, strengthening construction of these team, and increasing special funds input, etc.更多还原
