【摘要】 农业科技奖励机制是科技评价不可或缺的行业激励措施之一,完善农业科技奖励机制,对于促进科技成果有效转化,提高成果转化率具有重要的作用。文章从项目立项、成果分类、评价体系等方面分析了农业科技成果转化率低的原因,并从抓立项、强化协作攻关,统一科技成果分类标准,完善评价机制和实现成果时效化管理,强化科技管理工作在成果转化中的作用等方面提出了促进科技成果有效转化的对策,以有效提高科技成果转化率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural science & technology award mechanism is one of indispensable incentives of science & technology evaluation.Improving agricultural science & technology award mechanism is of importance for promoting effective transformation of science and technology achievements and increasing conversion rate. Reasons of low conversion rate were analyzed from application of programs, classification of achievements and evaluation system. Countermeasures for promoting effective transformation of science and technology achievements and increasing of conversion rate were put forward, i.e., making good job in program application, strengthening cooperation, unifying classification standard of science & technology achievements, improving evaluation system and timely checking of achievements in scientific researches, and strengthening the function of science & technology management in the conversion of achievements.更多还原
