【Abstract】 Highly educated young talents are the hope of municipal agricultural scientific research institutions.Main characters and current status of highly educated young talents in municipal agricultural scientific research institutions were preliminarily analyzed in the paper.Main factors limited the development of these talents were pointed out.Countermeasures were put forward,such as build scientific research platform,provide innovation stage,optimize training mode,improve practical skills,construct innovation team,stimulate innovation potential,set up the people-oriented scientific management assessment,etc.更多还原
