【摘要】 建设现代农业科研院所是构建国家创新体系的战略要求。文章分析了现代农业科研院所的本质和内涵,提出了现代农业科研院所建设的原则、思路、内容和战略管理,指出现代农业科研院所建设是农业科研机构实现人的现代化、工作现代化、管理现代化和环境现代化的过程,必须坚持"凸显中国特色、体现产业特点、体现现代化特征和体现动态性特点"的建设原则,加强学科体系规划、人才团队建设、平台基地建设、机制制度建设和科技创新研究,推动学科、团队、平台、制度、创新"五位一体"发展,大幅提升科技自主创新能力和产业支撑服务能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of modern agricultural scientific research institution is the strategic requirement for building national innovation system.The essence and connotation of modern agricultural scientific research institution was analyzed in the paper.Principles,thinking ways,contents and strategic management for constructing modern agricultural scientific research institution were suggested.It was pointed out that the construction of modern agricultural scientific research institution is the process to realize the person’s modernization,the work’s modernization,the management’s modernization and the environment’s modernization.It was also believed that the construction of modern agricultural scientific research institution should embody the Chinese characteristics,the industry characteristics,the modern characteristics and the dynamic characteristics,and should enhance the discipline system planning,the talent team construction,the platform and base construction,the system construction and the innovation study of science and technology,to promote the "five-in-one" development,which includs the discipline,the team,the platform,the system and the innovation.Only by this,the initial science and technology innovation ability and ability of supporting and serving the industry will be boost.更多还原
