【摘要】 目的:建立气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法测定蒸馏白酒中塑化剂浓度。方法:直接向白酒样品中加入内标物,运用GC-MS技术,采用选择离子质谱扫描(SIM)方式进行样品测定。结果:五种塑化剂的检测限在0.002-0.006mg/L之间,定量限在0.006-0.015mg/L之间,RSD均小于10%。结论:该研究方法具有快速简便、灵敏准确等特点,适用于蒸馏白酒中塑化剂浓度的测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method to detect the plasticizer in distilled liquor by GC- MS. Method Directly added the internal standard to the liquor sample, using GC- MS techniques, the select monitoring mode was adopted in the MS determination. Result the detection limit of five plasticizing was between 0.002- 0.006mg/L, the quantitative limit was between 0.006- 0.015mg/L. The relative standard deviations were less than 10%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and it is suitable for analysis the plasticizer in distilled liquor.更多还原
