间歇联动式农作物收获测产设备的研制

【摘要】 针对联合收获机自动监控设备中的测产系统,研制开发了一种基于称重传感器和不完全齿轮机构的在线实时间歇联动式农作物收获测产设备。该设备安装在净粮输送机的出口下方,其驱动元件为直流电机或液压马达,都是连续旋转的元件,通过3个不完全齿轮机构和不同传动比的精巧设计,驱动3个翻板周期性时动时停的间歇联合运动,实现对落下粮食的连续实时计量。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the measuring system of the automatic monitoring equipment inthe united harvest machine,research and develop a kind of online real-time intermittent linkage type crops harvest in measuring equipment based on the weighing transducer and not completely gear mechanism.The equipment is installed below the export of grain conveyor net,the driving components is dc motor or hydraulic motors,they are continuous rotation elements.through the design of three incomplete gear mechanism and the transmission ratio of the different elaborate,drive three flap do joint movement intermittent cyclical and to realize the continuous,real-time dropped food measurement.
