【摘要】 烟苗剪叶是育苗生产机械化的重要环节,通过改进烟苗剪叶机提高烟苗品质已成为研究热点。为此,介绍了近年来国内市场上出现的着床剪叶和棚外剪叶两种剪叶方式。同时,结合当前剪叶机的研究进展情况及存在问题,重点对比分析了剪叶机的外观结构组成、工作原理及作业特点,并就生产过程中所需的剪叶机原理、机械结构、剪叶试验情况、运动分析以及力学模型等研究重点提出设想和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tobacco seedling leaf-cutting is an important part of the seedling production mechanization,and improving the tobacco leaf quality has been a research of hotspot through reinforcing tobacco leaf cutter.In this paper,the present situation of leaf cutting method which had been used in the greenhouse and out of the greenhouse were analyzed in the domestic market.It also focuses on the comparison and analysis of the composition of the machinery structure,working principle and characteristics combine with the leaf cutter research progress and problems to state ideas and suggestions about leaf cutter principles,mechanical structure,motion analysis,mechanical model and so on in the production process.更多还原
