江苏省节水灌溉技术发展现状及趋势

【摘要】 在分析当今国内外节水灌溉技术发展形势的基础上,针对目前江苏省节水灌溉发展中面临的挑战,结合江苏省经济水平、地理条件等因素,对江苏省节水灌溉技术的发展趋势进行了初步探讨。分析表明:江苏省工程节水措施的覆盖面总体偏低,先进节水灌溉技术急需推广;土地适度规模经营催生新的灌溉模式。研究得出:在解决好淮北地区大田作物灌溉的同时,在前期调研的基础上,需逐步提高节水灌溉工程建设的标准,重点抓好经济作物的喷微灌工程建设,重视劣质水灌溉技术的合理应用;注重加强灌溉人员的技术培训,创新灌溉用水管理形式;灌溉技术的科研亟待深入,喷头产品的研发、灌水器节水机理等方面的研究应受到重视。

【Abstract】 Based on the factors featured by economic level and terrain conditions,the current situation of water saving irrigation technologies in Jiangsu was analyzed.Compared with the irrigation methods worldwide,the subsistent problems of irrigation in Jiangsu were explored.The analyses show that: the coverage of engineering water saving methods is generally lower,so advanced water saving technologies should be promoted;the appropriate scale operation of land requires new irrigation patterns.The development trends of irrigation derived afterwards are that: the irrigation of field crops in Huaibei Area should be fulfilled first;based on proper prophase research,the water-saving projects be upgraded gradually,and the sprinkler and trickle irrigation projects applied in the profit crops,as well as the rational use of wastewater irrigation should be stressed;meanwhile,the technical training among the irrigation users or technicians should be advanced,also the water management be innovated.Furthermore,the in-depth explorations on the irrigation technologies are required,and the development of sprinkler products and the investigations on the flow mechanics inside the emitters should be emphasized.
