青贮过程中表层物料损失的主要影响因素研究
Studies on the Main Factors of the Surface Materials Loss During Ensiling Process
【摘要】 传统青贮通常以表层物料为代价保证深层物料的品质。由于生产条件和设备限制,这种损失难以得到有效控制。为弄清其损失的主要影响因素以及变化规律,以传统青贮为对象,采用试验型发酵罐进行了青贮物料模拟实验,研究了切碎长度、压实程度和密封程度与表面物料品质变化以及损失的关系。试验表明:压实程度和透气程度对表层物料青贮品质变化和损失有较大影响,切碎长度则影响不大;随着压实程度增加和透气程度减小,表层物料损失减少,青贮品质增加;要减少表层物料损失,不但要保证严格密封,还需要增加表层物料压实程度。
【Abstract】 Traditional silage is usually ensured the quality of deep material on the expense of the surface materials.Because of being limited in production conditions and equipments,this loss is difficult to be controlled effectively.For the main factors on this loss and it’s variation,by taking traditional silage as the research object,the correlation between chopping length,compaction degree,sealing levels and the quality and loss of surface materials was studied.Studies indicated that compaction degree and sealing levels have great influence on the quality and loss of surface materials,and chopping length haven’t effect on the quality and loss of surface materials.With the increasing of compaction degree and the decreasing of sealing levels,the losses of surface materials was reduced,the silage quality was improved.Therefore,to reduce the loss of surface material,we not only make sure the environment is strictly sealed,but also ensure the degree of compaction of surface materials is increased as much as possible.
