新型滚筒气吸式精密育苗播种机的方案设计与分析

【摘要】 为了提高我国机械化育苗的播种效率,设计了一种新型滚筒形气吸式精密育苗播种机。为此,详细进行了方案分析、参数计算和结构设计。通过采用凸轮往复运动式压孔装置和不完全齿齿轮间歇传动机构,提高了机器的可操作性和自动化水平。实践证明,整个播种过程流水作业,降低了播种的劳动强度,提高了播种的效率和育苗的成活率。

【Abstract】 To improve the efficiency of mechanization planting seedling,a new roller-suction machine for precision seedling is provided.It is discussed that including the detailed structure analysis,parameter calculation and structure design of the precision sowing-machine.Especially the cam device is used to hole pressing for realization of reciprocating motion.And also the intermittent gear mechanisms is applied to improving the level of the machine’s operational and automation.An instance shows that the whole seeding process follow as an assembly line,which greatly reduce the labor intensity of sowing,and the machine also improves the efficiency of seedling planting and survival rate of seedling.
