【摘要】 作为现代企业体系中的重要组成部分的民营企业,积极履行社会责任是现代化进程的内在要求,并且能够为实现率先基本实现现代化注入重要动力。我国民营企业在履行社会责任方面取得了一定成绩,并正在成为"美丽中国"的建设者、"中国梦"的缔造者,但是由于存在内容结构不合理、责任水平不够高、发展机制不健全等问题,距离现代化建设的目标要求还有很大差距。因此,必须结合以科学发展观为指导的综合现代化的阶段特征和目标要求,系统探讨培育民营企业社会责任的科学对策,包括树立全面的社会责任理念,优化民营企业社会责任内容;打造多元的社会责任平台,拓宽民营企业社会责任渠道;制定科学的社会责任标准,引导民营企业社会责任方向;构建完善的社会责任机制,增强民营企业社会责任动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the important component of modern enterprise system,private enterprises not only have the largest number,but also are distributed most widely.It is the inherent requirement of the process of modernization for fulfilling their social responsibilities actively,and which will be able to provide important driving force for the regional leading basic modernization.In our country,private enterprises have made certain achievements in fulfilling their social responsibility,and they are becoming the builders of "Beautiful China"and the founders of "China Dream".But the content structure of the private enterprises’ social responsibility is irrational,the responsibility level is not high enough,and the development mechanism is not perfect,which has a big gap between the objectives and requirements of modernization.Therefore,we must take the scientific development concept as a guide,and combine the comprehensive modernization phase characteristics and objectives,explore the scientific approach of fostering private enterprises social responsibility,including establishing the comprehensive social responsibility concept to optimize the content of private corporate social responsibility;building many kinds of social responsibility platforms to broad the channels of private corporate social responsibility;formulating scientific standards of social responsibility to guide the direction of private enterprises social responsibility;building the perfect social accountability mechanisms to enhance private enterprises’ power to fulfill their social responsibility.更多还原
