新型竹红菌甲素与钒氧离子配合物的制备及光敏性质研究
Preparation of a New Hypocrellin A-vanadyl(VO2+-HA)Complex and Its Photosensitive Property Studies
【摘要】 采用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱系统研究了竹红菌甲素和钒氧离子之间的相互作用,实验结果表明,与竹红菌甲素相比,新型配合物的紫外光谱吸收峰红移且吸收峰强度增加,荧光强度降低,具有一定的光敏产生单线态氧及光敏损伤CT DNA的能力.采用透射电镜对其粒径大小进行测定,结果表明纳米粒的平均粒径在60 nm左右,单分散性质良好.因此,该配合物的形成将进一步推动竹红菌甲素在光动力疗法中的应用.
【Abstract】 The interaction between hypocrellin A(HA)and vanadyl(VO2+)was analyzed by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra.The experiments results showed that HA and VO2+ can form a stable complex in aqueous solution.The complex exhibited obvious red shift,decreased absorbance and fluorescence intensity.Also,it possessed the ability of produce singlet oxygen and photodamage CT DNA.Then,the TEM was used to obtain the grain diameter of the new complex.The particle with mid-diameter of 60 nm was clearly observed.So the synthesis of the complex can further promote the application of HA in photodynamic treatment.
