麦秸栽培双孢蘑菇配方筛选试验研究
Screening Formulation of Agaricus bisporus with Wheat Straw Compost
【摘要】 麦秸栽培双孢蘑菇可有效构建生态农业循环模式,解决秸秆造成的环境污染问题。以双孢蘑菇品种As2796为试验材料,选用稻草为主的培养料为对照,设置了麦秸加尿素、麦秸加不同比例的牛粪共4个处理。研究了不同处理的一次发酵温度变化、不同发酵阶段的pH变化、C/N变化、总糖含量变化等,并对各处理双孢菇栽培过程中菌丝生长情况、鲜菇产量情况等作了观察和统计,初步确定每1 000 kg原料的麦秸培养料的配方为:麦秸秆70%、牛粪26%、过磷酸钙2%、石灰1%、石膏1%。
【Abstract】 Usingwheat straw to cultivateAgaricus bisporuscontributes to establishingmode of ecological recycling agriculture, and resolving the problem of environment pollution caused by straw. 4 treatments of various formulations are studied, including wheat and urea, wheat straw with differentproportional cow manure. The cultivarAgaricusbisporus2796 is chosen as the testmaterial and the rice straw compost is used as the control. The temperature change during phase I fermenting, Ph, the ratio ofC andN and the total sugar are investigated. The grow th of hypha and the yield ofmushroom are observed and calculated. As a result, the best formulation is determ ined aswheat staw 70%, cow manure 26%, superphosphate of lime 2%, 1%, 1%.
