恩诺沙星在异育银鲫体内药代动力学研究

【摘要】 以15mg/kg剂量对异育银鲫肌肉注射恩诺沙星,应用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)研究了恩诺沙星在异育银鲫体内的药物代谢动力学。结果表明,健康异育银鲫肌注恩诺沙星主要药代动力学参数:t1/2(α)0.477h,V1.676 L,Tmax0.750 h,Cmax4.747 mg.L-1,AUC37.533(mg/L).h,动力学方程为:C=4.925e-1.452t+2.730e-0.075t。其药时数据符合一级吸收二室模型,在鲫鱼体内的主要药物动力学特征为分布快且完全,消除缓慢,作用时间长。

【Abstract】 The pharmacokinetics of Enrofloxacin is investigated in Carassius Auratus Gibelio after single intramuscular administration of the injection 15 mg/kg.The blood samples are collected at different times and concentrations of Enrofloxacin are determined by using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC).The data are treated by 3P97 pharmacokinetic software.The results indicate that plasma concentration-time data of danofloxacin mesylate are fitted to a two-compartment open model.The main pharmaco-kinetic parameters are as follows: t1/2α0.477 h,V 1.676 L,Tmax0.750 h,Cmax4.747 mg·L-1,and AUC37.533(mg/L)·h.The pharmacokinetic equation: C=4.925e-1.452t+2.730e-0.075t.These results show that Enrofloxacin can be absorbed rapidly and completely,but be eliminated slowly and it has a long-time effect.
