基于分形级配的树脂矿物复合材料骨料尺寸效应研究
Size effect of aggregate in resin mineral composite based on fractal gradation
【摘要】 作为树脂矿物复合材料的主要受力单元,骨料的级配设计与不同粒径骨料所对应的尺寸效应影响复合材料的整体力学性能。基于粒子干涉理论提出了一种最优级配控制筛孔的确定方法,根据分形理论进行相应的配比调整,形成有效的骨料尺寸效应评价参数。建立了简化的骨料微观应力传递模型,并仿真分析了骨架强度的变化趋势,基于树脂矿物复合材料典型试样的抗压强度测试验证了上述理论的合理性。骨料级配实验结果与仿真分析结果基本吻合,合理地增大骨料粒径在提高材料物理机械性能的同时可有效降低树脂用量。
【Abstract】 Aggregate is the key component in resin mineral composite(RMC)to bear loads and its gradation design and size effect corresponding to different aggregate dimension determines the mechanical properties of RMC.An optimal method to determine the critical dimension of screen holes is proposed based on the particle interference theory.A fractal method is adopted to adjust the corresponding proportion of each component in order to form an effective evaluation parameter of aggregate size effect.A simplified micro-stress transfer model of aggregate is established.The variation tendency of frame strength is acquired by simulation.The compressive strength of the representative RMC samples is measured to validate the aforementioned assumptions.Experimental results of aggregate gradation are consistent with the simulation results.Increasing aggregate dimension reasonably can not only improve the mechanical properties of the RMC,but also decrease the usage amount of resin effectively.
