机载蒸发循环制冷系统动态仿真

【摘要】 为了研究航空机载蒸发循环制冷系统的动态性能,通过模型仿真方法考察了不同参数阶跃对系统性能的影响。在分析系统工作原理和各部件特点的基础上,根据部件数学模型与闭环系统部件间耦合关系,在MATLAB/SIMULINK系统仿真环境下建立了机载蒸发循环制冷系统的动态数学模型。通过控制容积法离散各模型方程求解获得了系统的动态响应特性。仿真结果表明:压缩机转速、膨胀阀开度、制冷剂流量发生阶跃时,蒸发循环制冷系统各热力性能参数的动态响应规律不同。仿真结果可为机载蒸发制冷循环系统的优化及系统控制提供理论指导。

【Abstract】 To obtain the dynamic performance of the on-board vapor-compression refrigeration system,the effect on the system caused by different parameters step change is investigated through the simulation method.Based on the working principles of the system and the characteristics of the components,the nonlinear dynamic mathematical models of the system are developed by MATLAB/SIMULINK.The model equations are dispersed by the control volume method.The simulation results show that the influence degree on the system thermodynamic performance is different in the compressor rotation speed,the expansion valve opening and the refrigerant mass flow rate step change.The dynamic simulation results can provide theoretical guide for the optimization and system controlling of on-board vapor-compression refrigeration system.
