【摘要】 国防科技工业肩负着武器装备科研生产、增强国家防卫能力的重任,是特殊的高风险行业。为了降低国防科技工业生产安全事故,减少人员伤亡、财产损失及环境破坏,实施科学先进的安全管理十分重要。风险管理是一种系统、科学的安全管理理论与方法,在国外各行业得到广泛应用;近些年我国石化行业也大力开展和应用了风险管理。本文在分析国防科技工业风险特点的基础上,探讨了国防科技工业安全生产风险管理的主要内容,并提出了几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Defense science and technology is a specially risky industry,as it shoulders the responsibility of weapon research,development and production,so as to enhance national defense ability.Scientific and advanced safety administration is of critical importance in national defense science and technology industry,to reduce safety accidents,casualty scope,loss of property,and environmental destruction.Risk assessment is a systematic and scientific theory and practice of safety administration,and has been extensively applied in overseas industries.It also finds wide application in petroleum industries in China.Based on an analysis of the risk characteristics in national defense science and technology industries,this paper explores the chief contents of risk assessments in its safe production procedure,and offers some practical advice.更多还原
