【摘要】 目的探讨宁神益智方治疗护士亚健康脑疲劳的临床疗效。方法选取60名亚健康脑疲劳护士作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予生活方式健康宣教,观察组在对照组的基础上给予宁神益智方口服。结果干预2周后,观察组《亚健康评定量表》(Sub-health Measurement Scale Version 1.0,SHMS V1.0)得分高于对照组,《疲劳量表-14》中脑力疲劳维度得分低于对照组,观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宁神益智方治疗护士亚健康脑疲劳的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Anshen Yizhi Decoction on cerebral fatigue of nurses. Methods Sixty nurses with cerebral fatigue were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. Nurses in control group received health education of life style but in experiment group, in addition to health education, Anshen Yizhi Decoction was applied. Results The scores of Sub-health Measurement Scale Version 1.0(SHMS V1.0) in experiment group were significantly higher than those in control group while the scores of Fatigue Scale(FS-14) were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion Anshen Yizhi Decoction has a curative effect on cerebral fatigue of nurses and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
