“寓学寓工 校企共育”创新人才培养模式的研究与实践——以苏州农业职业技术学院食品专业为例
Model and Practice of Innovative Talents Cultivated in“Learning Combine Work,the School and Enterprise of Education”——A Case Study of Food Specialty of Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture
【摘要】 培养高素质高技能人才是确保高等职业教育可持续发展的关键。以苏州农业职业技术学院食品专业校企合作为例,就基于校企合作机制驱动下"寓学寓工、校企共育"创新人才培养模式的内涵和行动方案进行探讨。
【Abstract】 Cultivation of high skilled talents with high quality is the key to ensure the sustainable development of higher occupation education.Taking of the college-enterprise cooperation for food specialty in Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture as an example,based on the school-enterprise cooperation,driving the school-enterprise cooperation alliance mechanism"learning combine work,the school and enterprise of education",the meaning of innovative personnel training mode and action plan are discussed.
