食品类专业学生创业教育研究与实践
Research and Practice of Students’ Entrepreneurship Education in Food Professional
【摘要】 当今社会的发展正以资本、劳动力、资源为支撑的传统模式向以知识、人才、信息为依托的创新模式转变。"创新、创业"与"择业、就业"已是人才培养过程中需要考虑的课题,也是经济社会发展必须要研究解决的问题;通过进行理念、知识、技能、资源相关联的创新、创业教育,并以产业发展为基点,引发社会各行各业对新型人才培养模式的思考改进和尝试。
【Abstract】 The traditional models of the capital,labor,and resources to the development of today’s society have changed to the innovative models of knowledge,talent and information.The subject"innovation,business"and"careers,employment"need to be taken into account in the process of personnel training,and it also must be studied and solved problem with economic social development;By innovation,entrepreneurship education associated with concept,knowledge,skills and resources,all sectors of society and industry are leading to anchored thinking to improve and try new training model.
