基于UPLC-Q-TOF/MS快速分析油脂甲醇提取物
Rapid Analysis of the Methanol Extract of Oils by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS
【摘要】 为考察UPLC-Q-TOF/MS用于油脂检测的可行性,采用甲醇溶解油脂,提取极性物质进行质谱分析,通过特征性的质谱峰和分子量判断油脂的优劣。结果表明:不同种类油脂的极性物质有所不同,且地沟油中有含氮物质,游离脂肪酸较多。试运用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS方法可初步对油脂的优劣进行区分,为油脂进行快速鉴别提供实验依据。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the feasibility of UPLC-Q-TOF/MS for oil detection.This paper adopts methanol dissolve oil,extraction of polar substances to mass spectrometric analyzed,by mass spectrometry peaks and characteristic molecular weights determine oil quality.The results showed that different kinds of oils and fats,polar substances were different,and the drainage oil had more nitrogen material,free fatty acids.Try using the UPLC-Q-TOF/MS method of oil quality are distinguished,the oil for rapid identification and provide experimental basis.
