【摘要】 目的:通过对产后抑郁症(PPD)患者进行中医药治疗和护理干预,开展临床疗效评价。方法:随机分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组采用桃核承气汤合小柴胡汤加减,对照组予以氟西汀胶囊,结合护理干预,采用爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)、密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分进行治疗前后对比。结果:治疗组治疗前后EPDS、HAMD评价有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组EPDS、HAMD、HAMA评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组间比较临床治愈率、显效率、无效率,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗结合综合性护理干预措施,有助于及时改善PPD产妇临床症状,促进疾病康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To carry out the clinical curative effect evaluation,based on patients with postpartum depression(PPD) and used with both traditional Chinese medicine therapy and nursing intervention.Methods To divided into the treatment group and control group randomly,treat with additional and subtractive prescription combined Tao He Cheng Qi Tang with Xiao Chai Hu Tang on the treatment group but fluoxetine capsules on the control group,which double teams both need to compare with Edinburgh postnatal depression scale(EPDS),Milton depression scale(HAMD) and Milton anxiety scale(HAMA) before and after treatment.Results EPDS and HAMD scores of the treatment group have very significant difference before and after treatment(P < 0.01);Compared with control group,the treatment group’ s EPDS,HAMD and HAMA scores have significant difference(P < 0.05);Comparison of clinical cure rate,efficiency and inefficiency between the two groups,differences were significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion To combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine with the comprehensive nursing intervention measures,which could help to timely improve clinical symptoms and promote disease rehabilitation for patients with PPD.更多还原
