【摘要】 目的:建立测定刹毒草合剂中黄芪甲苷的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Diamonsil(钻石)C18(250×4.6mm,5(m)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水(33∶67);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:35℃;漂移管温度为105℃,气体流速为2.7L/min。结果:黄芪甲苷在1.04～5.2μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为101.4%,RSD为1.24%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作快速,结果准确,可作为刹毒草合剂的质量控制方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of Astragaloside in Shaducao Mixture.Method: The establish an HPLC method for determination of astragaloside in in Shaducao Mixture.Method: HPLC was carried out on the Diamonsil C18 column(250 × 4.6mm,5(m) with acetonitrile-water(33∶ 67) at 35℃,the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min;Drift tube temperature was 105℃,gas flow rate was 2.7L / min.Result: The calibration curves was linear in the ranges of 1.04 ～ 5.2μg.The average recovery was 101.4% with RSD 1.24%(n = 6).Conclusion: The method is rapid and simple,it can be used for quality control of Shaducao Mixture.更多还原
