【摘要】 目的:分析我院药品库存管理现状,探索药品库存最佳管理模式,优化医院药库工作流程。方法:通过回顾性分析,前瞻性研究方法,对各种药品库存管理模式进行分析。选择最佳的库存管理模式。结果:采用ABC分类与批量库存、定期定货结合的综合管理模式,药品使用金额周转率为2.34,比原模式提高了2.44倍。结论:以ABC分类法与批量库存、定期定货相结合库存管理模式适合我院的药品库存管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:Analyze the present situation of medicine inventory management in our hospital,explore the best mode of medicine inventory management,optimize the medicine storeroom workflow.Methods:Through retrospective analysis and prospective studies method,analyze the various modes of medicine inventory management,choose the best one.Results:Applied the combination mode of ABC classification,batches inventory,and regularly orders methods,the turnover ratio of medicine fund is 2.34,raise 2.44 times higher than the original mode.Conclusion:The combination mode of ABC classification,batches inventory,and regularly orders methods is suitable for medicine in ventory management in our hospital.更多还原
