【摘要】 实地调查发现,汶川县龙溪乡羌族村民在"5.12"大地震后被政府异地安置,学龄青少年入学得到政府一定程度的经济补贴,减轻了家庭的教育负担。但目前存在高中阶段学生辍学率偏高、灾后学生心理救助受重视程度不够、学前教育缺失、家庭经济支持能力下降等问题,建议通过加大外部援助和内部互助等措施保障学龄青少年受教育权利。更多还原

【Abstract】 A field investigation shows that though Qiang villagers of Longxi Village in Wenchuan County were resettled by the government after the 5.12 earthquake and got some financial aid to reduce family burden for education of their school-aged children.There are still problems such as a high drop-out rate among high school students,insufficient attention to students’ mental health after the earthquake,lack of pre-school education,and a decrease of economic support from families.It is suggested that the right of school-aged youth to receive education should be protected through strengthening external aid and mutual help.更多还原
