【摘要】 据《军机处满文准噶尔使者档译编》记载,乾隆年间清朝与准噶尔部签订贸易协定,规定准噶尔定期前往肃州、北京贸易及准噶尔进京使者不得携货贸易等事宜。这些条文不能满足准噶尔汗国的贸易需求,也不适合准噶尔使臣需携货贸易才能满足自备斧资之习俗,因此并没有得以实施。而清统治者一再放宽贸易限定的举措,实为对准噶尔的怀柔政策,意在保持准噶尔对清王朝的朝贡关系,并逐渐将其纳入朝贡体系之中。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trade agreement between Qing dynasty and Zhungeer stipulated that messengers to Suzhou and Beijing regularly were not allowed to take goods to trade.This agreement can’t be put into effect because it can not satisfied Zhungeer’s trade requirement,and can’t conform to the custom of self-intended materials as well.In order to keep a good relation between Zhungeer in trade,the Qing governors have broadened trade limit,applied conciliation,and absorbed Zhungeer into its own system of tribute.更多还原
