Th17细胞及其在神经系统疾病中的研究进展
Research progress of Th17 cells in nervous system diseases
【摘要】 Th17细胞(T helper 17,Th17)是新近发现的一种CD4+T细胞亚群,以分泌IL-17为特征,其分化和增殖明显不同于Th1和Th2细胞,在多种自身免疫性疾病和免疫炎性损伤中发挥了重要的作用。而多数神经系统疾病发病机制都与自身免疫或免疫炎性损伤相关,因此研究Th17细胞及其分泌的细胞因子在相关神经系统疾病中的作用,将会进一步揭示此类疾病的发病机制,从而为治疗神经系统免疫炎性反应相关疾病提供新途径。
【Abstract】 Th17 cell is a newly discovered CD4 + T cell subset,characterized by secreting IL-17,whose differentiation and proliferation are significantly different from Th1 and Th2 cells.Th17 cells play an important role in autoimmune diseases and immune-related inflammatory injuries.Studies have shown that many pathogenesis of neurological diseases are associated with autoimmune or immune-related inflammatory injury,so investigating the function of Th17 cells and their secretion of cytokines in the immune-related diseases in nervous system will reveal the pathogenesis of these diseases and provide a new way for the treatment of neuro-immune related diseases.
