煤炭废弃物制备微晶玻璃研究及成分优化
Study on Preparation of Microcrystalline Glass and Composition Optimization of Coal Waste
【摘要】 对微晶玻璃的成分进行了研究分析,并优化设计;通过差热分析研究了晶化温度、升温速率等热处理工艺参数的影响,通过扫描电镜和x射线衍射仪分析了其微观形貌和晶相;检测了其密度、抗折强度、显微硬度等性能。结果表明,所制备的40%SiO2-15%Al2O3-30%CaO微晶玻璃具有良好的力学性能,其主要晶相为黄长石,晶粒度约为4μm。
【Abstract】 The composition of the Glass Ceramics was investigated and optimized designed;followed crystallization temperature was investigated by DTA, the microscopic morphology and crystal phase were analyzed by SEM and x-ray diffraction(XRD); detection density, flexural strength, microhardness and other properties were measured. The results showed that the prepared 40% SiO2-15% Al2O3-30% CaO glass has good mechanical properties, had a main crystalline phase of gehlenite with grain size of 4 μm.
