抑制开关磁阻电机调速系统电磁辐射骚扰的研究和设计
Inhibition of Electromagnetic Radiation Disturbance based on Switched Reluctance Motor Drive
【摘要】 开关磁阻电机调速系统在运行过程中会产生大量的电磁辐射骚扰,使整个设备的可靠性大大降低。针对这一问题,文中首先对电磁兼容的基本概念和原理进行介绍,然后从PCB板电路及设备内部走线方面对控制器电路进行优化,并使用电磁屏蔽技术减少了调速系统工作时产生的干扰辐射,试验证明,本论文对开关磁阻电机变频调速系统提出的种种改造意见是可行并且切实有效的。
【Abstract】 Switched reluctance motor drive will produce large amounts of electromagnetic radiation disturbance while running,so that the reliability of the equipment will be greatly reduced.To solve this problem,the paper introduces the basic concepts and principles of electromagnetic compatibility;it optimizes the PCB board and routing problem of equipment internal,and uses electromagnetic shielding to reduce the interference of radiation when SRD is running.It proves that the reconstruction advices on SRD are feasible and effective after testing.
