界沟选煤厂煤泥水处理的研究与实践
Experimental study & practice of the slime water treatment system at Jiegou Coal Preparation Plant
【摘要】 界沟选煤厂因入选原煤煤质发生变化,导致二段浓缩池中高灰细煤泥量增加,并难以沉降;选煤厂选用4种凝聚剂和两种不同分子量的絮凝剂,在实验室对煤泥水进行了单因素及协同作用沉降试验,确定采用分子量1 200万的絮凝剂+硫酸铝配合使用的方案;经工业性试验,取得了较好的沉降效果。
【Abstract】 The quality of feed coal at Jiegou Plant being changed,leading to increase of high-ash slime at the second-stage thickener,which was difficult to settling; 4 coagulants and 2 flocculants with different molecular weight used in laboratory sedimentation test on basis of single-factor and coordinate function; an option of flocculant with molecular weight of 12 million + aluminum sulphate decided to be used,which gave relative good sedimentation performance attained in industrial experiment.
