【摘要】 目的:评价Profile超级平台治疗各种瘢痕的临床疗效及其不良反应。方法:2010年5月~2013年8月,笔者科室使用Profile超级平台激光器,采用"微剥脱模块"及"点阵模块"对66例瘢痕患者进行连续3次治疗,对治疗前后照片进行对比,根据疗效判定标准进行疗效统计和安全性分析。结果:所有患者总有效率为94%,显效率为61%。术后随访治疗组仅3例患者出现暂时性色素沉着,无其他明显不良反应。结论:Profile超级平台激光器,采用"微剥脱模块"及"点阵模块"治疗瘢痕疗效好,副反应轻,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effectiveness and safety of treating various scars with ProFractional. Methods From may 2010 to August 2013, 66 case with various scars were treated by ProFractional with a "micro-stripping mode" and "fractional mode" for consecutive 3 times. The curative rate was evaluated by comparing photos before and after treatment. Results 66 patients of various scars were treated in our research: the total effective rate was 94%, marked effective rate was61%. 3 patients appeared pigmentation at the scars, but there were no other side-effects.Conclusion ProFractional with a "micro-stripping mode" and "fractional mode" can be an efficient method in the treatment of scars with minimized side effects and should be recommended for clinical application.更多还原
