【摘要】 目的:探讨超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统切除乳腺良性病变的应用价值。方法:经临床和超声诊断良性病变98例患者进行超声引导下麦默通微创旋切术。结果:98例患者中94例完全切除,4例患者1个月后随访,发现少量残留。除术中少量出血2例,术后少量出血并血肿2例外,无其它并发症。病理2例为导管内癌,其余均为良性病变。结论:超声引导下麦默通微创旋切系统切除乳腺良性病变,具有微创、美容、肿块切除完整、并发症少的优点,有较高的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss thel application value of ultrasound-guided mammotone vacuum assisted biopsy system in treatment of benign mammary lesions. Methods Ultrasound-guided mammotome vacuum assisted biopsy system was used to remove breast lesions in 98 patients on the basis of clinical and ultrasound diagnosis. Results Breast lesions were tolally removed in 94 of the 98. A small residence of breast lesion was found in 2 patients in the following month. There was no other complication found except 2 cases of mild local hemorrhage and 2 case of mild local postoperative bleeding and hematoma,after the operation. Final pathology shound two cases of ductal carcinoma in-situ, and others were of benign lesions. Conclusion It is of practiced value to use the ultrasound-guided mammotome vacuum assisted biopsy system to treat the benign mammary lesions,due to its minimal invasion,beauty,complete tumor resection and less complications.更多还原
