【摘要】 目的:探讨应用下睑缘劈开联合局部"V-T"皮瓣修复下睑缘色素痣切除后下眼睑全层缺损的方法。方法:手术行下睑缘色素痣完全切除,术后局部形成下眼睑全层缺损,根据创面的大小及形状,采用睑缘劈开联合局部"V-T"皮瓣修复。结果:2011年8月~2013年8月,下睑缘色素痣患者13例,采用睑缘劈开术结合"V-T"皮瓣修复。随访1~12个月,平均7.4个月。患者切口愈合良好,切口Ⅰ期愈合,下睑缘弧度流畅自然,睑缘切迹不明显,无睑裂闭合不全,眼睑外观形态较自然,无明显继发畸形出现。随访期间无肿瘤复发,效果满意。结论:因下睑缘色素痣位置比较特殊,并且结构复杂,采用睑缘劈开术结合"V-T"皮瓣修复下睑缘色素痣切除后的创面,能获得满意的治疗和美容效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discussion on the application of method of full layer eyelid defect of lower eyelid splitting combined with local "V-T" skin flap after resection of lower eyelid nevus. Methods Operation line the palpebral margin pigmented nevus complete resection,lower eyelid full-thickness defects formed locally after operation,according to the size and shape of the wound,palpebral margin splitting combined with the local "V-T" skin flap to repair. Results 2011-8 ~2013-8,23 cases of palpebral margin pigmented nevus,the palpebral margin splitting combined with local "V-T" skin flap. Patients were followed up for 1 ~12 months,average 7.4 months.The incision healed,under natural eyelid radian,Eyelid notch is not obvious,No palpebral fissure closure insufficiency,Eyelid appearance is natural,no significant secondary deformity.No tumor recurrence during follow-up,satisfactory. Conclusions Because of lower eyelid nevus position is special,And the complex structure.The eyelid flap splitting combined with local "V-T" skin flap repair,application of palpebral margin pigmented nevus resection, Can obtain satisfactory therapeutic and cosmetic.更多还原
