【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿面部外伤创面修复术后如何防止感染及痂下愈合,最大限度的减少瘢痕形成和色素沉着,满足患儿家长的要求,提高满意度,达到有效的延伸管理模式。方法:回顾性地对2011年1月至2012年12月共200例1～7岁面部皮肤软组织外伤急诊行创面修复术后的患儿,通过开展伤口延伸管理前后进行对照,2012年1月以后的100例开展伤口延伸管理患儿为干预组,未开展的为回顾性对照组,两组在伤口感染率、愈合率、患儿家长的满意度,均有显著的差异性(均P<0.05)。结果:干预组在伤口感染率、愈合率、患儿家长的满意度均优于回顾性对照组。结论:在面部外伤的急诊处理中,创面修复的技术甚是重要,加强术后切口的延伸管理也不能忽视,必须同存。更多还原
