耳背静脉放血治疗扁平疣及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察耳背静脉放血治疗扁平疣的临床疗效及检测其对外周血T细胞亚群的影响。方法:应用耳背静脉放血治疗扁平疣患者35例,双侧耳背每周放血1次,疗程15周。观察疗效并于治疗前后抽取患者的静脉血,采用流式细胞仪检测患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果:完成随访的33例患者总有效率为84.85%。患者在治疗前CD4+和CD4+/CD8+比值明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后均显著升高(P<0.01),与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳背静脉放血治疗扁平疣有较好的临床疗效,可调节患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平,提高患者的细胞免疫功能,导致疣体脱落。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficient and the influence on levels of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with verruca plana by posterior auricular vein bloodletting therapy.Methods Collected 35 patients with verruca plana,applied posterior auricular vein bloodletting therapy in these patients,bloodletting bilaterally once a week,15 weeks of treatment.The therapeutic effect was observed.T lymphocyte subsets level in peripheral blood of patients were detected by flow cytometry before and after treatment.Results 33 patients completed follow-up,and the total effective rate was 84.85%.Compared with control,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ ratio were significantly decreased before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01);Howeve,these indicators were shown significantly increased after treatmeat(P<0.01),and there was no obvious differences from the controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Posterior auricular vein bloodletting therapy has good effect in treating verruca plana,it can adjust cellular immunity of patients with verruca plana,and the warts are rejected by T cell-mediated immune response.
