【摘要】 目的:探讨多孔硅胶支架管在尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄修复中的效果。方法:2008～2012年在26例尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄修复术中使用多孔硅胶支架管做新建尿道的支架,观察术后尿道感染、再狭窄情况。结果:术后随访半年到1年,26例病人无一例发生术区感染,1例出现不同部位的狭窄,2例(采用口腔黏膜)出现明显瘢痕增生导致再次狭窄。结论:采用多孔硅胶支架管做新建尿道的支架可以减少术后尿道感染机会,有效减轻再造尿道的挛缩,防止再次形成尿道狭窄,提高手术成功率,降低手术并发症,值得进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate porous silicone stent in urethral stricture repair effect.Methods From 2008 to 2012 in 26 patients with urethral stricture repair using porous silica gel tube stent do new urethral stent,observation of postoperative urethral infection,restenosis.Results Postoperative follow-up for half a year to a year,26 cases of patients with no occurrence of postoperative infection,1 cases appeared in different parts of the stenosis,2 cases(using the oral mucosa) appear obvious scar hyperplasia resulting again stenosis.Conclusion Using porous silica gel tube stent do new urethral stent can reduce postoperative urethral infection,effectively reduce the urethra reconstruction of contracture,to prevent the recurrence of urethral stricture formation,improve the success rate of operation,reduce the operation complications,it is worth popularizing.更多还原
