【摘要】 目的:探讨四川地区扁平疣皮损组织中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)基因型的感染情况。方法:采用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术,对92例扁平疣患者皮损组织进行HPV感染分型的检测。结果:92份扁平疣皮损标本中HPV阳性88例,检出率是95.65%;检测出5种HPV亚型,各型别检出率由高到低依次是HPV11,HPV18,HPV6,HPV59,HPV58。其中单一感染阳性率达到60.86%,多重感染达到34.78%。二重感染检出率由高到低为:HPV11和HPV18,HPV11和HPV6,HPV11和HPV59。有2例为三种感染,均为HPV6、HPV11和HPV59。结论:四川地区扁平疣患者以低危型HPV11感染为主,高危型HPV感染多以混合感染的形式存在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the infection and the distribution of the Human papillomavirus(HPV) DNA in Flat Warts specimens in Sichuan territory.Methods Ninety-two samples from patients with Flat Warts were examined for the identification of HPV genotypes with flow-through hybrization and gene chip.Results Of the ninety-two patients studied,eighty-eight cases were positive,the total positive rate was 95.65%.Five genotypes were found by HybriMax in total twenty-one HPV genotypes in ninety-two clinic samples;the most positive percentage of various subtypes of HPV was HPV11,followed by HPV18,HPV6,HPV59 and HPV58.The positive rate of single subtype infection of HPV was 60.86%,the positive rate of multiple subtypes infection of HPV was 34.78%.The most positive percentage of two subtypes infection of HPV was HPV11and HPV18,followed by HPV11 and HPV6,HPV11 and HPV59.And three different HPV subtypes infection(HPV6、HPV11and HPV59)were detected in two samples.Conclusions Our results indicate that HPV11 is the most prevalent HPV subtype of Flat Warts in Sichuan territory,high-risk HPV genoytpes exist mainly in multiple subtypes infection.更多还原
