矿用隔爆型干式变压器绕组温度场的数值模拟与分析
Numerical Simulation and Analysis on Temperature Field of Winding in Mining Flameproof Dry-type Transformer
【摘要】 利用ANSYS软件建立二维轴对称模型,对矿用隔爆型干式变压器内部绕组温度场的分布进行模拟,得到内部温度场的分布趋势和最热点温度的分布位置。这对干式变压器的设计和矿用隔爆型干式变压器散热工艺的改进具有很好的指导作用,同时对延长变压器寿命、减少热事故、保证煤矿安全生产有重要意义。
【Abstract】 By ANSYS software to create a two-dimensional axisymmetric model,simulation on internal winding temperature of mining flameproof dry-type transformers is given.Internal temperature field distribution trends and the hottest temperature distribution location are concluded.It has a very good guide for design of dry-type transformer and cooling process improvements of mine flameproof dry-type transformer.At the same time,it can extend transformer life,reduce heat accidents and ensure safety in coal mines.
