【摘要】 设计基于PLC控制的煤矿井下变频排水系统,同时利用上位机组态软件进行实时监控管理,本设计具有自动化、节能、安全和高品质的排水质量和控制的高可靠性等优点,井下排水调试运行证明完全能够实现随井下水量变化而改变排水量的要求,同时采用变频技术可大大减少运行成本。

【Abstract】 A set of variable frequency water drainage system based on PLC control is designed,which is used for underground coal mine,and the use of the PC configuration software can carry out real-time monitoring and management.The design has the automation,energy-saving,safe and high quality water quality,the high reliability control and other advantages,the underground drainage debugging has proved that can completely realize the drainage volume requirements with the well water quantity variation change,at the same time using frequency conversion technology can greatly reduce the cost of operation.
