某矿用半挂车车架有限元分析及拓扑优化
Finite Element Analysis and Topology Optimization of Mine Semitrailer Frame
【摘要】 车架是整车的关键部分,为了对其进行优化设计,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS建立车架有限元模型,再对车架在弯曲、扭转2种典型工况下施加相应的边界条件和载荷进行静态分析,通过分析结果找出车架中应力较大的部位来校验其强度是否符合要求,最后对车架进行初步的拓扑优化。
【Abstract】 Frame is a key part of the vehicle,and for the sake of the optimization of design,the finite element model of the frame was created based on ANSYS,and then applied the corresponding boundary conditions and loads for static analysis under the two typical operating conditions of the bending and twisting.And then identified the part suffered a relatively bigger stress in the frame by analyzing the results to verify whether it meets the requirements of its strength.And finally,a preliminary topology optimization was made for the frame.
