卸压钻孔破坏半径影响因素及破坏半径回归分析

【摘要】 为了研究钻孔卸压时相关因素之间的关系,采用RFPA数值模拟软件,分析了不同煤层强度、不同煤层压力、不同孔径对钻孔破坏半径的影响。通过理论分析和回归分析,在煤层强度一定的条件下,破坏半径与煤层压力成指数函数的关系,在煤层压力一定时,破坏半径与煤层强度成反比例函数关系;在煤层压力、煤层强度一定时,破坏半径与钻孔直径成对数函数关系;钻孔破坏半径与煤层压力、煤层强度、钻孔直径间的数值表达式。

【Abstract】 In order to study the relation of the relevant factors on the drillhole pressure relief,by means of numerical simulation RFPA software,the paper analyzes the influence of different coal seam strength and different coal seam pressures and borehole diameters on the destroy radius of drillhole.Then by theory analysis and regression analysis,the paper draws the exponential function relation between the destroy radius of drilling hole and coal seam pressure in coal steam strength certain conditions,draws the inverse function relation between the destroy radius of drilling hole and the coal steam strength in coal seam pressure certain conditions,draws the logarithmic function relation between the destroy radius of drilling hole and the borehole diameter in coal steam strength certain conditions,draws the borehole destroying radius numerical expression among coal seam pressure,coal steam strength and the borehole diameter.
