【摘要】 本文就提高电风扇、电视机、洗衣机、电热锅等五金、铝合金压铸模使用寿命,进行了失效分析,试验表明,选用4Cr5MoSiV(H13)电渣钢进行强化处理,充分发挥特种铸造工艺优越性,与原3Cr2W8V电炉钢制该模常规处理工艺比,消除了早中期失效,寿命提高4～5倍。更多还原
