大型LED前壳高光无痕模具设计及塑件变形控制研究

【摘要】 针对快速热循环高光注塑成型新技术,进行了大型LED电视机前壳高光模具结构设计和塑件变形规律研究,获得了优化的高光模具结构和减少变形的保压压力控制方法。经生产实践证明,采用优化的模具结构和注塑保压工艺参数,能够获得满足整机装配要求的高光塑件,可用于指导高光模具设计和注塑生产。

【Abstract】 With the new Rapid Heating Cycle Molding(RHCM) with high-gloss technique,research on high-gloss mould structure design and the deformation law of the panel for large-size LED TV set was carried out and optimized high-gloss mould structure as well as holding pressure control method to reduce warpage were obtained.Producing practice shows that high-gloss products fulfilling the assembling requirements of LED TV set can be obtained with the optimized mould structure and molding pressure holding parameters.It can be used to guide RHCM mould design and injection production.
