【Abstract】 By the process analysis of SU socket,it was confirmed to use stamping to make the socket’s flat and small slot.Feasibility of the stamping process was tested by the calculating of deformation resistance F and blanking force P.The forming process was divided into flat cutting,tearing and waste blanking.Design and working principle of flat cutting mould,tearing mould and waste blanking mould was introduced.The production practice shows that SU sockets formed in the stamping method were in high production efficiency and good quality.更多还原
