非均相悬浮床煤焦油加氢产品分离工艺的模拟研究

【摘要】 应用Aspen Plus模拟软件,采用严格热力学分析方法,对非均相悬浮床煤焦油加氢反应产物的两种分离流程(一级降温流程和两级降温流程)分别进行了模拟和对比研究。在相同的设计基础和要求下,一级降温分离流程分离效果更好,但能耗较高;两种流程投资相当,对于实际工程,建议选择两级降温分离流程。

【Abstract】 By adopting the Aspen Plus simulation software,two kinds of product separation processes(one stage and two stage cooling process) for coal tar hydrocracking with heterogeneous suspended-bed reactor was comparatively studied.The results showed that on the same design conditions and requirements,the separation effect of one stage cooling process was better,but involved higher energy consumption.The capital investment of the two processes was quite similar.Taking all things into consideration,it was proposed to choose the two stage cooling separation process for engineering practice.
