【Abstract】 In the work,we mad e a preliminary investigate to determine experimental condition at which to extract chitin material from honeybee(Apis mellifera) tissue.First of all,we measured the effects of different concentrations of sodium hydrate,different reaction times,and different temperatures on the extractive rate of chitin in the different preparations to honeybee tissue,respectively after both protein and melanin were removed from honeybee tissue.Furthermore,we made statistical analysis of multivariate.Quantitative indicators for the experimental study was including 3% of sodium hydrate,reaction time for 2 hours,and reaction temperature at 40℃.更多还原
