等离子体处理对PTT织物通透性的影响
Effect of Oxygen Plasma Pretreatment on Permeability of PTT Shape Memory Fabric
【摘要】 研究氧气等离子体处理对PTT形状记忆织物通透性的影响。利用氧气等离子体对PTT形状记忆织物进行处理,测试了氧气等离子体处理前后PTT纤维表面形貌和化学结构及PTT织物的透气性、透湿性及强伸性。试验结果表明:氧气等离子体处理提高了PTT纤维的表面粗糙度,改变了表面部分基团的性质,提高了纤维的表面能。经氧气等离子体处理后,PTT织物的透气性有所增强,而透湿性有所减弱;由于经纬纱捻度的不同,PTT织物经等离子体处理后经纬向强伸性出现不同变化。
【Abstract】 Effect of oxygen plasma pretreatment on PTT shape memory fabric permeability was researched.PTT shape memory fabric was treated by oxygen plasma.PTT fiber surface morphology,chemical structure,PTT fabric air permeability,moisture permeability,strength and elongation were tested before and after oxygen plasma pretreatment.The result shows that after oxygen plasma pretreatment,surface roughness of PTT fiber can be increased,part of radical group property can be changed,surface energy of the fiber can be increased.After oxygen plasma pretreatment,air permeability of PTT fabric is increased,the moisture permeability is reduced.Strength and elongation of fabric warp and weft direction is different because of different warp twist and weft twist.
