【摘要】 为减少突发性纱疵,从企业生产实际出发,分析了产生原因,提出并实施了一系列措施,结果取得了较好的防治效果。认为:减少突发性纱疵应运用系统工程方法,从原料、设备、工艺、操作、温湿度诸方面采取措施,建立健全有效的质量信息反馈和疵点分析追踪体系,注重细节,努力做到精细化管理,才能够取得较好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reduce sudden yarn defects,from enterprise production reality,causes were analyzed and a series of measures were adopted,finally better effect can be achieved. It is considered that system engineering method should be used to reduced sudden yarn defects,technology measures should be adopted from raw material,equipment,processing, operation and temperature & humidity. Effective quality information feedback and defects analyses tracking system should be established and improved. Details should be paid attention to.
