【摘要】 探讨莫代尔纤维缎纹在喷气织机上的生产工艺。介绍了莫代尔9.7 tex纱的质量指标,整机中采用500 m/min的较低速度,浆纱中优选浆料配方和浆纱工艺,织造中采用"小张力、大开口、低后梁"的工艺原则,最终可以使织机效率由60%提高至90%以上,入库一等品率达到99.5%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Processing in producing Modal fiber satin fabric on air jet loom was discussed.Quality index of Modal9.7 tex yarn was introduced.Lower speed of 500 m/min was used in warping.Sizing instruction and processing were optimized in sizing process.Processing principle of less tension,larger shed,lower height of back beam was adopted in weaving.Finally loom efficiency can be increased from 60% to 90%,first-grade percentage put in storage can be reached 99.5%.更多还原
